Position: On-Screen Talent
A worldwide talent search is underway for highly fit, athletic, open-minded and intrepid women of all backgrounds, ethnicities and ages at least 21 years of age by May 2024 for a totally new-concept, adult-themed, outdoor-adventure entertainment production. Legitimate mid-six figure annual income potential with seven figures probable over the life of the project.

Position: Casting Consultant*
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Make initial contact with on-screen talent candidates and perform a brief five-minute prequalification phone interview.
2) Walk candidates through the audition process.
3) Perform an in-person or video-chat interview with selected candidates to assess their potential and determine which candidates are the best fit for a given project.
4) Review audition videos.
Casting Consultant candidates should have nudist-lifestyle experience. Previous head hunting and/or interview experience is helpful. Pay is Per Diem plus expenses. While this is mainly a remote position, candidates must be local to South Florida as there will be some in-person responsibilities.

Position: Head Hunters/Talent Scouts*
Duties and Responsibilities:
Refer potential candidates to our website. Perfect opportunity for extra income for those with large social-media networks.
Tiered referral pay scale starting at $1,000 for each successful candidate you refer to us plus an additional $100 for each additional successful candidate. Here are some examples:
Receive $1,000 for the first successfully selected candidate you refer.
Receive $1,100 for the second selected candidate you refer. ($2,100 total)
Receive $1,200 for the third selected candidate you refer. ($3,200 total)
Receive $1,300 for the fourth selected candidate you refer. ($4,300 total)
Receive $1,400 for the fifth selected candidate you refer. ($5,400 total)
Receive $1,500 for the sixth selected candidate you refer. ($6,500 total)
...and so on.
**Note the referral fee is only paid for candidates who are selected for a project.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine if talent candidates are a good fit for a project and assist the candidates in deciding if the project is a good fit for them. Must have training to at least the master's level in a psychological counseling discipline. Pay is Per Diem plus expenses. This is a remote position, but it is preferred candidates be local to South Florida.
